As most of you know I’m doing the Controlled Labs REDuction contest. JJanet has ordered her supply of REDuction so I suggested she do the contest as well. She’s chicken! So folks how about showing her some love and guilt her….I mean support her into doing this contest.

Oh and almost forgot. Last night I squated 105lbs and did 140lbs single leg press! Woohoo! Building my strength back up.

Today is my last day for the sponsored REDuction log. I’ll be posting my results/opinions tomorrow. I’ll do the measurements first thing in the am. Than I’ll be starting a new log and a new bottle(s) of REDuction for the contest.
I’m thinking I may need to change up my diet a little. Maybe add to, I have a hard time eating as much as I am now but my weight hasn’t moved too much, although I think my bf has gone down a little.

Used my omron this morning. It says I’m about about 25.9% bf and bmi is 22. I took it about 4 times and got the same reading. That’s not too bad. I’d like to get down to around 20% if I can.

I have another week left of my REDuction Blog. I ordered another box because I want to give it a 2 months try. Things are going great. My little friend at the gym was there again last night. Went straight to the lat pulldown bar. Sat down, and proceeded to pull down 5lbs. Some other guy was watching him too and finally felt sorry enough for him to go over there and show him how to actually use the machine. Showed him how to do cable crossovers too. After the guy walked away the kid did about 2 reps and walked over to the treadmill. Guess he worked himself to failure.
I kinda snapped at a co-worker today. Ok, not kinda. I did. I was already in a mood because I was working on something that had to happen right that second. He walks over and I tell him not right now. He grabs the candy jar which I have a hard enough time resisting to begin with and holds it right under my nose. I say no thanks. He goes here take one, you know your going to later anyways. GGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!! So I snapped "I SAID NO!! WTF!!! I hate that shit. One, I don’t need you to bring it to me. If I want it, I’ll go for it. Two, when I tell you not to bother me right now. That means, don’t bother me. Three, NO MEANS NO!!!!
For crying out loud! Ok, I feel better now.
Ok, just kinda thinking out loud but I was at the gym last night and there are some good looking guys there. What I was wondering is why is it some of them go out of their way to stare and others act like you don’t exsist? Why do some insist on talking to you when your in a middle of a set with your headphones on. This guy did that, I couldn’t hear a word he was saying and I’m in the middle of a set. Trying to breathe and count here buddy! I just said I can’t hear you and he kept on talking. WTF!
Guess this has turned into my vent blog today.
