Good Luck ... OK...not luck; luck has nothing to do with it. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen. Its never too late to start again (i should know too!) and I find that simply writing it down here is a big step, and mode of inspiration. Ill check back for updates; do the same.

Careful with your program, I have seen some insane diets that end in failure. Make certain the diet is possible with your life style and schedule. Take a look at your life style, look at what will work and what will not work. The big part of forming new habits is finding what works. If something doesn't work, don't give up, just adjust, learn, and keep on going. Good Luck.

The hardest part of any weight loss program is always the beginning. Keep the thought of your goal in your head at all times and that will help you make wise decisions to stick with your program. The first month and a half is going to be tough, because your body is going to be adapting, once it adapts everything will get much easier....GOOD LUCK AND STICK WITH IT!!!
