Blog Entry

Well first i want to apologize to all my many friends here on BB.com over the past several months i have received many comments and i have answered few. The past 18 months or so have been rough i’ve  had some health problems i know my weight played a big part in them but hopefully there in the past, so my goals for weight loss went by the way side until now. Starting May 7th i start two weight loss challenges one will last 12 week’s and the other will last till the end of the year, yes 8 months. So this is my chance to really make changes in my life for myself and my family so i welcome all comments from my friends both current and NEW.. I need all your encouragement and any advice i can get. So for now im looking forward to getting started again and to hearing from all my friends on BB.com

The hardest part of any weight loss program is always the beginning. Keep the thought of your goal in your head at all times and that will help you make wise decisions to stick with your program. The first month and a half is going to be tough, because your body is going to be adapting, once it adapts everything will get much easier….GOOD LUCK AND STICK WITH IT!!!

Careful with your program, I have seen some insane diets that end in failure. Make certain the diet is possible with your life style and schedule. Take a look at your life style, look at what will work and what will not work. The big part of forming new habits is finding what works. If something doesn’t work, don’t give up, just adjust, learn, and keep on going. Good Luck.

Good Luck … OK…not luck; luck has nothing to do with it. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen. Its never too late to start again (i should know too!) and I find that simply writing it down here is a big step, and mode of inspiration. Ill check back for updates; do the same.

You can do it! I know what a struggle it is and can be…we are all here to support you. Need some more words of encouragement, let me know I will be all over it! :)
