Wednesday day 3 workout- Going Well
*** is how we can start today. This is the last day to drop a class with out a failing grade so all the students who seem to have forgotten to do what was asked of them are on hold and can not do anything without meeting with us. Amazing how they now realize this is a big deal. On top of that my staff is dropping like flies. On a normal day we have 8 staff in the office. Well two are in Boston at a conference, one out sick with the stomach crap and the other fell last night and fractured her hip, not good seeing is she is in her 70's. Needless to say extremely busy. Managed to get away to the gym for lunch.
I like my new routine, but I can tell it is going to be hard as I am getting to failure on several sets, but I am finishing.
Each exercise is 4 sets with 10 reps with 90 second rest between sets and controlled movements.
5 minute treadmill warm-up

Single Leg Squats (each leg) 4x10x104

On another note my bros test results came back last night and a big negative on the cancer home front pulp taken out of his colon. So good news. Thanks for the prayers.

awesome news on the test. you need to get your staff in line. Broken hips should not stop office staff from working. If she had to operate a jackhammer maybe, but you can ride a desk with no legs, much less only a broken hip. and stomach crap? Friggin unions are ruining capitalism for us exploiters of the proletariat.
French, the funny thing is those of us who work out daily and I mean daily are not getting sick. I told my boss yesterday in one on one meetings, I was going to start flex time to allow them to come in late, early or longer lunch to get to the rec. center and exercise. He told me go for it. I feel bad for hip individual as she is 73 simi retired. Sharpest lady at that age. You should see her work over a angry student.
