I am only a few days in and already I see and feel a difference! I am pumped! Th esupps are working great I think I put together i really good stack! and the cardio is going well… only 20min a day, 6 days a week but fat is flyin off!!!! and It looks like I am keepin my mass!!!! heck yes!!!! pics up soon! took my pics for muscletech contest but need to get them off my camera….  but they’ll be on soon to!

So May 1st I am starting my training to get back into shape… work at a gym part time and will be working out after close, ordered supps, went to store and got the food. So I think I am ready to go. My goal is 10% body fat…  so I am going to try to add as much muscle as I can as I burn off the fat I have. My end date that I have given my self to get there is the 22nd of july. That is when my girlfriend and I will have been dating for 2 years and I am going to give her a candle light dinner in a boat on the lake… so figure I should look good without a shirt. She is going to school out of state so it’ll be a nice surprise I think. I am also going to enter that muscletech contest…  I wouldn’t mind the added perks after reaching my goal.
