So it begins…again…
October 25, 2009What’s up family? I made the journey to the food outlet store today as it is time to get the meal plan back on track. My challenge? I am NOT a big eater and if you are a bodybuilder "you gotta eat!" So, I return to the habits that made me successful in the past, the weekend grocery run, food prep for the week, and setting the alarm so work and other obligations don’t engross me so much that I miss a meal. I will keep you posted. The goal is the stage and Pete Ciccone always says…"No stone un-turned…"
