Weather is still nice in SC, (actually its awesome when humidity starts to wane).  On weekend days when the gym is a little stifling and the outdoors is great we (w/o partner and I) often steal some weights from our little neighborhood gym and mix it up outside. Today’s plan is:

Dumbell curl and press

lunge halfway up a hill (about 50 yards)

run the other half way up

20 pushups at the top

jog/run/stumble accross the flat top (about 80 yards)

20 barbell (only, no weight) squats  - This part is cool, there is a view of the ocean.

get back down the hill any way you can. (preferably not on your ass and face first is also discouraged)

 

Scheduled is 6 rounds. A couple of times it grew to eight, but the recovery on that was a few days… :)    There are any number of things you could do. Dont really need the weights. Pushups, situps, and all kinds of Plyos can be mixed it. Mostly its based on X-fit type of work.  Enjoy!
