Spa Treatment
Had our outdoor warrior workout this morning:
Dumbell curl press
40 yd lunge uphill
sprint up the rest of the hill ( +/- 50 yds)
20 pushups
jog across the top of the hill
15 BB squats
Run down the hill
6 Rounds, then abs in the parking lot.
Then we took a dip in the ocean. Could have stayed in that water an hour. Its hot , but there is a little breeze. Water is fairly calm. Its sand dollar season, so they are everywhere. There were a number of dogs having a gay old time in the tide pools. I think I definitely want to come back as a dog. Salt water soothes all your little hurts. Now I have that just-out-of the-spa feeling . (Of course the last time that happened for real, houses were actually selling.) People pay hundreds of dollars for this!
