Sunday, May 31st, 2009Beautiful day. Swiped some weights from the gym and went outside on top of a hill on Sullivan’s Island where there is an ocean breeze.

After the first round we had to edit the reps down from 8 to 6. This was fine, although I was really gassed at the end. Then came the abs. 4 rounds of 20 of a leg lift , throw your feet down random all over thing….muah! I am tired all over. Time for a dip in the pool. Have a great sundaya all…
