I’m back!
Tuesday, April 21st, 2009Trainer moved. Gym sent the platform and the olympic weights off with him…So I took last week off looking for a break in the routine. Last weekend I wanted to work out, but I needed a new plan. This morning I found one! WOOOHOOOO!!!! Two 30 somethings, (actually a 20 something and a 30 something) , brothers who do a crossfit style workout at my gym asked me to jump in with them. (Actually I saw Jim after work last night, told him my tale of woe, and he invited me to join this morning.) I had worked out with them a little here and there , and little did he know I was desperate to get going again, so I was there bright and early this morning.
40 weighted lunges
15 burpees
30 pushups
40 squats
4 rounds
