ok, it was nothing great, but after 4 hours in the car coming back from Wilmington for a hockey tournament, I got to the gym and hit the w/o I missed :

 Chinups 5 sets of 12 @ bdywt

Dips: 5 / 15 @ 45#

10 min tred

10 min, jumprope.
