Energy burst
Monday, February 11th, 2008Wow, has it really been two months!? Ive been enjoying reading everyone else’s blog and not keeping up my end. Well, today I had a great leg workout , box squats and cleans, followed by calf raises….more weight than I had managed and on the cleans especially, it was popping right up there. I have been experimenting with "sip during the workout" mix of my own and I have settled on Luecemine (powdered glutamine mostly) with 4-6g of creatine mono mixed in. Wash this down with BCAA’s. Last couple times I did this I felt really revved up….in a good way. I think it helps begin recovery asap as well.
