cut the fat
Tuesday, September 18th, 2007ok, decided to enter something concrete in the weight goal section of bodyspace. Ive been working on a more controlled and balanced diet since last thursday, and I think I have dropped a pound or two. This morning at the gym I was 227. I can see that more controlled intake will work, I just need to stick to it. (Also see a nutrition guru at the gym for competent advice.) Skating tonite ….first HS hockey practice.
