			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So Im back on track and lifting after missing almost week of workouts due to illness.&nbsp; My weight dove about 15lbs and I was incapacitated (during the worst of it) for about a day.&nbsp; Ive bounced back in weight this week and should be back up 100% in everything by the end of this week.&nbsp; I now know for a fact however that I will be taking &quot;airborne&quot; before my big lecture class where it is crowded and someone coughs every couple of mins.
