No more getting sick!
So Im back on track and lifting after missing almost week of workouts due to illness. My weight dove about 15lbs and I was incapacitated (during the worst of it) for about a day. Ive bounced back in weight this week and should be back up 100% in everything by the end of this week. I now know for a fact however that I will be taking "airborne" before my big lecture class where it is crowded and someone coughs every couple of mins.

Wow, didn’t know you were sick…….sorry to hear that! I just got over the flu not too long ago. HATED IT! It is like I can FEEL myself SHRINKING!
