I have to start to post my workouts and eats. i have to get over this plateau. I cant seem to lose weight, my measurements have changed but the scale wont budge. This morning it was cardio and shoulder workout. I started strong but somehow i lost my mojo half way through. I think it is because I stated to log my write my workouts and this whole pencil and paper thing threw me off. I did have some personal best.

Had a very tough leg (quad focus) and shoulder workout yesterday. My trainer Chris pushed me so hard I can hardly even sit or stand. I love the DOMS feeling. Just hard to get around (LOL). We did about 3 different exercises my legs are fried. My eats have all been awesome. Need to increase my protein.
