well,been working out hard & eating pretty clean.have stayed at 110 & working hard to drop that other 5lbs.always seems the last 5 or so is the hardest.working hard on my abs,as they seem to be the one body part not wanting to cooperate as much.was given a nice compliment today at the gym,by a new girl.told me I have great definition she’s ever seen .I was floored,as I don’t see myself as other may.was very nice of her & she mentioned I could be other women’s inspiration in the gym.wow!!!!!! definitly gave me the boost to keep doing what I am doing & that all my hard work has been well worth it.
