made it through the wknd
have been struggling on wknds lately with eating really clean.finally this wknd I have done so well & have stayed at 110,instead of screwing up my past wks hard work.usually I will fall off the clean eating some & gain 2 & then have to work hard all wk to get those 2 lbs off again.I am wanting to loose at least another 5lbs,so I am happy I ate clean this wknd & will have a better chance at getting more off this wk.don’t know why I screw up,as when I eat bad foods I feel so bloated & gross after.
