Today was the end of week two of the bb.com transformation challenge
End of week two today, some tweaks I have made in diet so far, one no more Gatorade, during training,two no more whole milk bulking phase went completely off the rails, started cardio last week, but the weather didn't hold out, so it's on hold again for awhile. Will try to post a progress picture tomorrow. Also been training with heavy weight and low reps for two years, now training with lighter weight, in the 15- 20 rep range
