Ugh, so I was getting back into the gym after being ill. Was great, back in the game so to speak, have some good gains already. But today in the gym, some of the dumbbells don’t even fit properly on the rack, it is pretty dangerous! I was cleaning up after some messy prick before hand who didn’t even bother to put the weights back, and one of them, being to big for it’s own habitat, fell off of the rack when I was putting another dumbbell back and smashed into my index finger. Then I went to the university campus hospital thingy, and the moody bitch behind the counter was fussing and moaning and was useless and didn’t even help me! My finger was swollen to about 3 times the size, I had a lump on the top of it and it was pissing out with blood. But some lovely nurse in one of the halls bandaged me up and gave me some pain killers. Looks like I’m WIA for a few days, can’t wait to get to get back into the field and get lifting today, but I can’t even move the damn finger, feel so violated. How am I supposed to… well… forget about it, boys will be boys.
Does anyone else have a dangerous gym? This feels more like a political rant than a post, hell, the gym staff didn’t even have a plaster, they didn’t worry at all!!! I demand revenge!

Uugghhh. Well, upside, I’m winning the war on my delts, they’re starting to progress pretty well, working on them twice a week now so I can even them up. BUT on the down side, some disgusting slimy, cold-like shitty infections crawled up my nose and is actively stopping my successful muscle assault in the gym. Has it for 3 days now, 3 DAYS!! But **** it, illness or no illness, my bodies gonna pay for this mutiny! I’m spearheading it with every weapon in my disposal, Lemsip; 6 sachets, check. Vapour Rub; check. Vicks Inhailer; check. Time to take it to the beaches, Take No Prisoners!!!

So fed up at the moment, my arms and chest and back are a cosy enough size for now, but I have hardly any deltoid development at all and it’s driving me crazy. So I’ve been going all out on all three parts of the deltoids lately, maybe step it up to two times per week until I’m happy. I ain’t lettin these babies rest for nobody.

Been about a year and a month since I started bodybuilding. Most development came after about 9 months with a rapid intake of carbs and protiens; realised that it’s a lot about the diet. Have a goal this year, to even out both arms (left it slightly larger than the right), and need some drastic Delt improvements because mine are atrocious at the moment. On top of this, the last two week’s I’ve been ill, which sucks when it comes to getting to the gym, but still have crammed in a good few days this week with some massive improvements in the chest area.
