Had an opportunity to go to my hometown this past weekend. It was good to see family. I was also sadden by the number of people impacted the the current economic climate. But what hit me most was the number of people that stopped growing mentally and intellectually. Its like they got out of school and stopped. They exist. They put a lid on the box of life and stopped growing.

Its similar to what I did (and see others do with there health). Simply give up. That’s it, I will be like this forever. I shoulda, woulda, coulda. This website proves that if you press toward a goal, you can do whatever you want. Hundreds of inspiring stories. For that I am thankful. I thank everyone that in telling their story. They have motivated others (ME, ME, ME) to be better. I am to the point that I look forward to seeing the progress.

 Ok, off my box. Vacation is over. Lets hit it hard this week. "To get where you want to be, set a goal, and keep your eyes on the prize!!!
