Getting Started
Getting started. I have been going back and forth on commitment for a little over a month now. I would start for a few days then come up with an excuse to stop for a day. Well that day would drag to a few days, then a week. But this week past week I have been in everyday. I can feel the difference already. Amazing how the body will snap back if you stay with it. I was a little sore, but thats to be expected. My goal is 25-30 lbs by the end of the year. I usually hit that plateau about 240lbs. I snuck a weigh in this morning and I am down another pound. I don’t weigh in officially until Thursday, so i will have to maintain my diet and add the cardio in. Cardio seems to be my area of weakness behind diet. I am going to keep at it though.
I will say I am inspired by the posting out there. Some of you guys are phenominal. Keep up the good work.
