Holidays are coming up, and I need serious motivation. I haven’t been doing so well on working out.. I feel like all the hard work I put in is gone… I am really disappointed in myself. I have been sick for 2 weeks, but that’s no excuse.
I have a new workout program that looks fun. It is a lot of weight training and cross-fit stuff, I am looking forward to it. I am thinking of taking a class too, either a boot camp or kickboxing class. Maybe I can kick myself back into gear, especially before the turkey, pies and cookies start attacking me

Its been so cold its so hard for me to workout in my gym (its in the garage)…which is making me lazy! So now I am drinking wine being bored! I am thinking GYM membership!!!!

How does this happen. How do I go from insanely motivated to a lazy mess… I don’t know. I have taken a week off, and have been desperately trying to motivate myself. I am so mad at myself. I am seeing results, you would think that would be enough. I think I am in need of a Bikini trip or a Pool party to wake me up!!!! Why is it so hard for me to stay motivated? I guess I will use my treadmill for a little self reflection…

hahaha Gross! Seriously though. I took everyone’s advice and put my scale away! My body fat is dropping so fast (yay!) So this morning I snuck out my scale, took a deep breath, and jumped on it! I am down to 120! I don’t know how it happened. Now I am thinking of gaining at least 5lbs of muscle. Never thought I’d say I ever wanted to gain weight

I have hit a wall or something. I am feeling so tired. Not wanting to workout at all. I am on my off week of Animal Cuts. I am wondering if this has anything to do with it. I am still going through my routines, just not as motivated. I am hoping this will pass. I think I am just needing some serious motivation.

So I noticed I am getting calluses on my hands. Gross! I need to get gloves I guess. But It proves just how hard I have been working, If I had to prove it! I have crossed over into the yay I get to workout phase. Which is a lot better than the.. Working out Sucks phase I used to be in. It has become a habit that I truly enjoy. I see more and more results every week. I feel very happy I decided to quit making excuses and get off my ass!

So my husband encouraged me to take creatine this morning and I’m kinda freaking out! I have never heard of girls taking it. I just want to make sure I don’t bloat up like a toad. Any advise would be great! Any girls who take it?????

Wow 3 weeks of eating right and lifting weights.. I must say I LOVE it!! Its definitely growing on me..this whole Bodybuilding stuff. In 3 weeks I have dropped 4% body fat but gained 2lbs. Starting to notice a slight change in my body.. Very slight. I am looking forward to what the next 3 weeks have in store for me! Hopefully a six pack

What a great invention I thought when I saw this beer in Walmart!!! Come to find out if you like beer flavored water its yummy… Only 64 Calories though, and my biggest dieting downfall is….BEER!!! So hard to stay away from.
