20 minutes on the treadmill... the speed was set at 4.0 mph and I adjusted the incline to maintain heart rate (HR) just above 125
20 minutes on the bike... pedaled at 70 rpm and adjusted the resistance to maintain HR just above 125....
THEN did stretches... static for the hamstrings and quads and hip adductors (groin)
Abs or Core..
4 x 12 hanging leg raises .. feet to the bar; Alternating leg V-ups - 4 x 10 each leg... bridges front and each side... 3 sets 30 seconds each way...
