Leg day... AND of all things.. raquetball!!
Did legs today... and then, because my lifting partner wanted to, played racquetball!!!
Leg press (everything 1:45 rest between sets today)
10 x 270; 8 x 450; 2 x 7 x 630; 2 x 7 x 720 (8 plates/side)
Leg extension
5 x 7 x 225 (5 plates)
Lying leg curls
5 x 7 x 135 (3 plates)
Leg press calves
5 x 12 x 450
THEN played 3 games of raquetball!!! was fun.. and tiring.. and I'm sure I'll hurt tomorrow...
Tomorrow is off from weights.. some long slow cardio.. and a BLOG ENTRY ABOUT PROPER REST
