After 6 weeks of German Volume Training.. moved to pyramid training with higher reps..
Sunday - Chest
Flat DB
20 x 50's; 16 x 60; 12 x 80's; 8 x 100's; 4 x 100's then into 20 x 50's (90 sec rest between all sets except the last two)
Incline DB
5 x 5 x 100's and 20 x 50's last set (90 sec rest until the last two sets)
Cable flies
5 x 10 x 60
dips
4 x 12
Abs
hanging leg raise 4 x 15; v up 4 x 12 leaning twist with bar 3 x 50; ball curls 4 x 20
