my school workouts have been great for me because they have more equipment than I have at my house. we usually do some agility drills to warm up then go to the weight room. I have greatly increased my strength by working out at school for a few weeks. I can now hang clean 80lbs no problem, leg press 350 as my max, and jump bear squat 200lbs. i have also gotten better at agility drills. I can keep up with a lot of the people on the varsity team and I almost ran in to one of our linemen 3 times. each time I almost ran into him i had to stop and wait for him to get done so that I could finish.
