hey today I just worked out at school I beat my last bench press max which was 80lbs guess by my coach. I did 85lbs for 10 reps. thats a huge gain in my bench press. I still don’t understand how to do ab figure eights.

my school workouts have been great for me because they have more equipment than I have at my house. we usually do some agility drills to warm up then go to the weight room. I have greatly increased my strength by working out at school for a few weeks. I can now hang clean 80lbs no problem, leg press 350 as my max, and jump bear squat 200lbs. i have also gotten better at agility drills. I can keep up with a lot of the people on the varsity team and I almost ran in to one of our linemen 3 times. each time I almost ran into him i had to stop and wait for him to get done so that I could finish.

Yesterday I worked out and it was tough probably because I had not worked out since Monday. It was invigorating.
