Playing Sherlock Holmes

That’s it I am putting on my Sherlock Holmes hat. Gotta figure out why the fat has stopped melting. Hmmmmm me thinks CLA may be the next step. Anyone try this product and please give me some feedback on your results with this stuff. Much appreciated folks.

Or lack there of…I am not sleeping enough, or well. Been completely encased with work and gym, gym and work…I did laundry the other day and I ended up with 2 piles…One pile was work clothes…basic scrubs…the second…gym clothes. It seems I have no in betweens, oh ya PJ’s…I promised myself, I wouldn’t buy anymore clothes until I wore all the "some day I’m gonna fit into this" outfits…but uh, they are all dressy clothes…where the hell do i have time to go all dressed up? work…? gym…? Don’t have any parties coming up….hmmm….gonna have to call up some friends maybe have a girls night out somewhere. It sucks being a nurse, all you do is work work and work…you miss out on all the parties, holidays, events, outtings…'’

What exactly was my point of this blog post…oh ya….I need sleep!  But I’m not sleepy now and i have to work at 7AM…and its a full moon….I tend to ramble when I am tired…what I wanted to post was that I had very poor performance in the gym and L (my trainer) pointed it out…I am not one to whine…so I just told him, I am not trying to make excuses, but I just have no energy today. He told me stop thinking about not having energy and just try and do the reps…uh…okay…So once again…pushed myself, but I was fatiguing way too fast…WTF? Even the Hydroxycut was not working..hmmm…I even stopped at the nutrition store and asked for advice about maybe stacking something with Hydroxycut…but to no avail…ok, maybe I am just waaay tired. Over work and over workingout…is it possible? I am still in the mindset that I need to see results STAT or its just not working…I will keep going with the Hydroxycut, its only been a week. Those of  you that use Hydroxycut, when did you see a significant change in your bodies? How many weeks?

Finally Out

I am finally out of my plateau! At last, at long last…149.5. The last time I was 149 anything was probaby 15 years ago or more. I can’t even remember, its been that long since I have seen those numbers…Aaaaah…a sigh of relief, I thought I’d be stuck there FOREVER in the 150’s my forever lingering nightmare..155…152….150…151…154….1
53.5…150.5….150…Aaaah, see what I mean, its been like that since August 2008! Finally! Finally! Finally. Okay its only like 0.5 lbs but to me it is Christmas!!! The scale went to 149…gasp…149.5…and rested there…so i know I am on my way down baby!!

Working hard on those Abs too…My trainer is really pushing me hard he showed me a new Abs exercise with weights and a pulley…still learning all the terms, no idea what that exercise is called….uh…thinking…

 Anyway, Saturday was pretty much a write off for exercise, so I will consider it my off day…worked 7-7 and my gym closes at 7PM on Saturdays and Sundays…

Also forgot to move the clocks ahead one hour, missed my last swimming class…*profanity* I was really looking forward to it! Ok I really need to sign up for this class again, I have a fear of water…so I will take that class again, I can swim, but not well and if I fell into the sea I would panic and drown in less than 2 minutes.

 

Okay that’s all for now! I am just one happy camper today…even tho’ no swimming, but i am sitting in the 140’s FINALLY~!

Just Cardio today

Just did cardio today…2 hours of aerobics! Love love loved it! First class was dance cardio…I love to dance! So it was fun! Dancing is hard, I can dance like any one else out there, but when it comes to learning actual steps! Holy Moly…talk about tripping over my feet! The second class was Taebo kickboxing with gorgeous Latin Lovah Man…and yes…it’s still elbow to elbow with women! He is the only instructor that can pack a house…gym full of women! I just go there (my old gym) for the classes and to workout and then leave, there are women in there with full make-up on…talk about meat market!! No thanks I will stay with my new gym…where L is…he is such a good trainer , he texts me on our non training days to tell me to do a new cardio exercise…the stair climber instead of the elliptical from now on! Oh thanks L I am so glad my fat ass is on your mind!…LOL! See? I don’t pay him for texting me on our off days….he clearly loves his job! I think I will keep him up until June anyway, our sessions together end at the end of March but I will keep going with him for now. I even offered to go private with him, but he lives so damn far away that it would not be worth it for me, and he wouldn’t be able to train me at my gym privately…oh well. He told me he doesn’t even get paid half of the fee I pay the gym for personal training sessions. That sucks really. That is why I offered to just pay him privately. He deserves it! By the way he said, I am the only girl he is training, he "got rid of" the others, because they were too whiney and didn’t want to work…he usually doesn’t like training women but he says he loves training me because I train like a man. Awwww….what a sweety!

Question: I am in a Abs Challenge! Is it better to work the abs daily or every other day? I have alot of fat to burn off before i see any traces of a 6 pack. But I am so determined this second 12 week round! L even took away my cheat meal! Waaaah! But I don’t care! I want to get better results than the first 12 weeks.

Like…Oh my god!

“What day is it? Is it Monday?!!!” I wondered as I saw the clock read 7:01 AM…I had just opened my eyes…in horror after seeing the time!**insert profanity here!!** I start work at 7AM!

I must have turned off the alarm clock instead of hitting snooze for my…eh-hem… morning workout!

Phoned work…”um, I’m gonna be later than usual…”

I didn’t even combe my hair, just brushed my teeth washed my face, threw the first pair of scrubs I could find tied back my hair and flew…

Needless to say the diet was not at par today, I even forgot my food, had to buy food at work.

I did manage to get to the gym and workout with L Had a great leg workout! Then he told me to walk on the treadmill with an incline and at a fast pace, I did 30 minutes elliptical pre legs workout, L was behind…so I thought get as much cardio in as I can. Then did 30 minutes post weights training on the treadmill…then the Abs Challenge exercises!

Ok, so i get to the gym go to the locker and there are these 3 skinny chicks…I mean thin…and they are all standing their “Oh my godding” each other…
Skinny Chick #1 “oh my god, look how skinny you arrrrrrrrree!”
Skinny Chick #2 “oh my god! noooo….look I jiggle…” hopelessly trying to find an inch to pinch on herself….”loooook, seee…”
Skinny Chick #3 “oh my god, I know what you mean! i only see myself as a fat person all the time….oh my god!”

Me: Rolling my eyes in disdane praying…”oh my god please come down here and knock Curly, Larry and Moe’s heads together….”

Then I walk out of the dressing room as fast as I can before I have the urge to put my two cents in. Oh my god! I HATE when skinny people talk about how fat they are! I want to strangle the hell out of them!

Okay…so…

Tomorrow will be more normal. I will post my measurements from day 84 ad my Day 1 start measurements, I don’t know if that is allowed for the Challenge…anyone care to answer if that is not allowed?

TOM arrived today and I know that I am retaining water and all bloated right now and I know my weight and measurements will be up more than normal.

Here are my start measurements and end measurements for BFL Challenge 1…the second set will now be my start measurements for BFL Challenge #2

Height: 5′4″……………….Now 6′1″…LOL..Ok I’m still 5′4″
Weight: 160 lbs…………….Now 150.0 lbs…10 pounds lost.
Body Fat: 34%………………Now 30.3% BF (L thinks that is wrong!)
Neck: 14 inches…………….Now 13 3/8…lost 5/8″=0.625″
Chest: 41.5 inches………….Now 39.5″….lost 2 “…damn!
Right Bicep: 13 inches………Now 12 2/8…lost 6/8″=0.75″
Left Bicep: 12.5 inches……..Now 12.0….lost 0.5″
Wais: 35.0 inches…………..Now 32.5….lost 2.5″…not bad
Hips: 43.0 inches Yikes!…….Now 41.5….lost 1.5″
Right Thigh: 22 inches………Now 22……lost 0
Left Thigh: 22 inches……….Now 22……lost 0
Right Calf: 14.5 inches……..Now 14.5….lost 0
Left Calf: 14.5 inches………Now 14.5….lost 0

Total weight lost 10 pounds
Total inches lost 7.875
Total BF lost 3.7%
