What are these muscle things coming out of my body?!

I’m finally starting to see results in my body, not just strength changes like I have been for a while. i finally am starting to see shoulders and pecs, my 2 worst areas. They both still need a lot of work, they’re both relatively weak still. Legs and tri’s ive seen the biggest difference in strength. The most stubborn area is my abs still, they are pretty strong and take forever to feel any type of burn and dont want to change appearance. I still got the side pudge that doesnt want to go away, im very frustrated with my abs in general. I’m kinda sad I lost 2 lbs too, but I was crapping my brains out for 4 days and wasnt taking my weight gainer. I still got a lot of that left and I still have til May to do as much as I can before I go to London for 2 months; not sure if there’ll be a gym nearby, how much it would be, and where id go for supps.

tested out my elbow..everything thing seemed fine, only did 3 days of upperbody and i didnt push myself too much, didnt want it to get worse. im back at school this week, so back to a regular workout schedule. im startin to take triflex (chondrotin, glucosamine, MSN) to prevent this from happening again.

this is frustrating…

i am pretty down that i couldnt work out my upperbody last week cause of my tendonitis, my elbow hasnt hurt in 2 days, which is good. im still gonna leave it alone this week, and seeing that its finals week, i’m not gonna have a lot of time to workout, but im gonna try to do legs monday and thursday, cardio and abs monday, wednesday and friday. ill try my elbow out next week, i really hope it heals by then..
