Month off?! Damn…
Wednesday, February 25th, 2009So i tried out my elbow yesterday at the gym, and it still hurts. My friend that got me into bb told me with tendonitis I gotta take a month off to let the joint/muscle heal, and because its the elbow that means no upperbody exercise of any type…im pissed. i just started and was seeing results and now this crap happens, guess i’ll haveta do cardio, legs, and abs for a month..better than nothing i guess
