Month off?! Damn…

So i tried out my elbow yesterday at the gym, and it still hurts. My friend that got me into bb told me with tendonitis I gotta take a month off to let the joint/muscle heal, and because its the elbow that means no upperbody exercise of any type…im pissed. i just started and was seeing results and now this crap happens, guess i’ll haveta do cardio, legs, and abs for a month..better than nothing i guess

Trial week

I’m gonna try the samples of CytoNOx and CytoCell this week, see how they work for me. I think/ hope my tendonitis is ok, im doing legs on monday just to be safe. got a slightly new workout schedule- monday, wednesday, friday i do abs and cardio first thing in the morning. no more than 40mins combined time or whatever I can do before classes.

1st injury

I guess I overdid it yesterday cause when I was working out today my left elbow hurt whenever I lifted or pulled any weight with it. My friend think its tendonitis, regardless of what is wrong I will leave it alone for a few days, monday Ill do legs and hopefully it will be fine tuesday

the metabolism fights back

I just weighed myself not too long ago, I havent gained or lost anything since I weighed myself a week or so ago. granted anything to do with the body doesnt change overnight, but i was seeing some fluctuation before. i’m not about to give up or anything like that. even thou I am taking a weight gainer, i shouldnt expect immediate results.

did do any cardio last week, i should do it this week. no promises but ill try to do some

And so it begins

New month-new product to put into my body. I have high hopes for this stuff. I also have some new plans for working out: cardio. I HATE cardio and I have been avoiding it, but ive noticed that I’m a skinny fat, i got some fat on my stomach. rather than just jump to products like hydroxycut, ill just have to incorporate some cardio to get rid of the fat on my stomach. but at the same time ill be bulking up, getting bigger, usually cardio prevents that. I dunno if i should just ignore the stomach fat and focus on getting bigger or try to do both. we’ll see i guess..
