I worked out yesterday with my bud, he tricked me into doing legs and it hurts to walk and sit and get up, did some crazy sets: squats, lunges, good-mornings, close stance squats, calf raises, all right after each other and with a 20lb bar on my shoulders just to piss my body off a lil more. today i did chest and bi’s so my legs could stay out of the equation.
I was working yesterday and I realized my creatine is almost done, which marks the 2 month of creatine line, which means no creatine for a month. i figured out my supplement plans for the next few months:
Jan-finish wheybolic protein, no creatine
Feb & March- MRI Transformation Pack 2.0 (mass gainer, pro-nos(protein), n02 black, black powder, anabolic switch (creatine))
April- Mass XXX (weight gainer) no creatine
May & June- MyoFusion (protein) and Size On (creatine)
I dunno about after that, theres a few other things I wanna try, like MuscleTech’s Nitro and Cell Tech and Ultimate Nutrition ISO Mass gainer, ill play around with the brands until i find something i like and works.
