First 10lbs down

I weighed myself yesterday and i got 10lbs total gain so far, which got me pretty excited. Im gonna start using the ISO Mass gainer in 2 weeks, so I’m probably gonna gain even more on that. Im very happy with my progress so far-except my shoulders arent cooperating as much, and I need to focus on the abs too. im aiming for big gains the next 2 months

I got my work out schedule all planned out now:

Monday & Thursday- Abs, Chest, Bi’s and Tri’s, 5pm-?? then go home and have my protein shake

Tuesday and Friday- Abs, Legs, Shoulders, and Back, 10am-11ish then lunch with lots of protein

I have seen a lot of progress on my chest and bi’s, however my shoulders aren’t growing much so i’m going to focus more on them now. and Ive neglected my abs more than I would like to admit, so I need to focus back on them as well.

Back in the Groove

Started school today, which means the gym has normal hours again, worked out at 9am today, dunno why i did it so early, but I went straight there without thinking about "not" going. I think I’m addicted already…which is a good thing for me

Worked out 3 days last week, not great but better than not at all. I get off my vacation this thursday so I’ll be able to get back into my regime when Im in classes. havent picked a time yet when ill be working out, my my class schedule isnt fixed yet so I dont know exactly when all my classes are yet. no more creatine after tomorrow, kinda sad about that but gotta let my body do its thing without it for a while, but ill finish up my whey for this month and then I start my MRI pack, hopefully…

Plans..

I worked out yesterday with my bud, he tricked me into doing legs and it hurts to walk and sit and get up, did some crazy sets: squats, lunges, good-mornings, close stance squats, calf raises, all right after each other and with a 20lb bar on my shoulders just to piss my body off a lil more. today i did chest and bi’s so my legs could stay out of the equation.

 I was working yesterday and I realized my creatine is almost done, which marks the 2 month of creatine line, which means no creatine for a month. i figured out my supplement plans for the next few months:

Jan-finish wheybolic protein, no creatine

Feb & March- MRI Transformation Pack 2.0 (mass gainer, pro-nos(protein), n02 black, black powder, anabolic switch (creatine))

April- Mass XXX (weight gainer) no creatine

May & June- MyoFusion (protein) and Size On (creatine)

I dunno about after that, theres a few other things I wanna try, like MuscleTech’s Nitro and Cell Tech and Ultimate Nutrition ISO Mass gainer, ill play around with the brands until i find something i like and works.

Damn vacation..

I haven’t worked out at my gym in about 2 weeks, but because the school is on vacation, it has stupid hours and I can’t seem to be available at the same time. I got about 2 more weeks of vaca, so I need to start finding time. I also need to take my whey more often; not just when I workout, but everyday. I’m only getting about my body weight in protein, I need to take more. my little log I created is helping, i just need to use it more. I think that is it for now
