ITS WORKING

I started this blog wieghing at 145 lbs.  I am now 133 lbs… It is going really great.  "Chicken titties" are the best.  I went back to making my own food.  Ordering out or eating on the go only provides an avenue for hidden fat, calories and sodium to take its toll on your body.  Diners and delis will pour butter, oil and salt all over your chicken/fish and vegtables…did you account for those extra 500 fat calories in your meal plan?  How about the mess of salt that causes the retention of water and bloated abs look?  Hmmm. no.  I’d rather take the couple minutes to pre cook some form of lean protien, cut up some vegtables and take it with me to work.  There will be no reason to succumb to fake "health food" from unknown chefs…having your meals with you further eliminates the possibilities of missed meals due to a hectic work enviornment…can’t break for lunch…it’s cool, you don’t have to!  Why?  Because you have some AWESOME ab friendly meals with you.  As for those annoying co-workers that want to put you down by nit picking at your dedicated and disciplined healthy habbits…."F" off hahaha!  Joyfully continue chomping on your greens and chicken enjoying the fact that this is good for you and will make you happy!

Hey guys.   Before anything else, I just want to say how appreciative I am that bodybuilding.com exist.  There is no fitness question that cannot be answered using the resources here.  Thankyou also to all that have reached out to me, it so incredibly motivating, friendly and supportive.

I am watching what I eat and the frequency of "feedings" like a hawk.  I believe this will cause the biggest change as I have been training very hard…but was eating pretty crappy. 

Today while training a client in the gym, I died laughing (in my head).  I attempted to have her curl two 8lb free dumbells…LOL what was that for?  She said to me "oh no.  I can’t lift wieghts, it makes me look bulky…"   HAAa .  I said to my self, wow.  that is rich; she wieghs over 300lbs and is worried about MUSCLE making her look bulky!  unbelievable. 

At my other job today I got sooo teased and badgered about drinking a green tea.  "eww what is that?" ….HELLO it’s friggen green tea….If I were drinking a starbucks mochfreakinwhatever, no one would even say anything, a coke is even more acceptable, but green tea? ??? a healthy drink with ecgc, flavonoids and antioxidants…oh the blasphemy …how dare I?

I have reached a point in my training where I feel that I am resistant to EVERYTHING.  Working out is no longer grueling enough..Everything I eat absolutely STICKS to my abs and covers my once visble 6 pack   :(   ….  I feel so tired of battling…will it always be so hard?  I realize it is time for a new plan of attack…get a different motivation source…I hope this body space will help,…….
