ITS WORKING
Saturday, September 20th, 2008I started this blog wieghing at 145 lbs. I am now 133 lbs… It is going really great. "Chicken titties" are the best. I went back to making my own food. Ordering out or eating on the go only provides an avenue for hidden fat, calories and sodium to take its toll on your body. Diners and delis will pour butter, oil and salt all over your chicken/fish and vegtables…did you account for those extra 500 fat calories in your meal plan? How about the mess of salt that causes the retention of water and bloated abs look? Hmmm. no. I’d rather take the couple minutes to pre cook some form of lean protien, cut up some vegtables and take it with me to work. There will be no reason to succumb to fake "health food" from unknown chefs…having your meals with you further eliminates the possibilities of missed meals due to a hectic work enviornment…can’t break for lunch…it’s cool, you don’t have to! Why? Because you have some AWESOME ab friendly meals with you. As for those annoying co-workers that want to put you down by nit picking at your dedicated and disciplined healthy habbits…."F" off hahaha! Joyfully continue chomping on your greens and chicken enjoying the fact that this is good for you and will make you happy!
