					<description>instead of so much cardio, make your resistance training more intense by supersetting with a lot of functional training movements.  this will burn much more calories than on a cardio machine, build a bit more muscle, and tighten you up significantly! and NEVER wear a belt unless you are doing a max lift, and only then if you think it is to heavy for your core to support.  and if your core cant support it then why are you doing it anyway? the benefits of the lift then reduce.</description>
