I have finally been going regularly enough to say it’s time to really get going. Vacation is finished and I have no more excuses. I am at 18% bodyfat according to the calipers, goodgawd thats horrible. So, I have been eating clean for the past week and now it’s time to start with the cardio. I’ll get some new pics up as soon as my wife sends them to me (she took pics while on vacation and I never got copies, she’s back in iraq).

I started working out this last time to loose some weight (get shredded actually). Somehow though, I’ve done just the opposite by gaining over 10 lbs. Now I’m not saying it’s a bad thing by any means it just wasn’t the direction I started out going. I have finally started to get the positive comments from people I don’t know, so I know I am doing something right. I work out for about 2 hours a day 5-6 times a week, I don’t feel like the intensity level is that high but compared to others in the gym my workout partners and I are animals. We train hard and go home to die together (muscle deaths anyways) or so it feels that way. I went to see the doctor yesterday and the medic made the comment "Looks like you spend some time in the gym"? Now that made me feel like all the pain had finally REALLY started to pay off. I’ve had friends mention it but when a total stranger says it, the bias is gone. OK ok, enough ranting I’ll stop for now. It’s time to go workout anyway.
