			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Man! After taking one tub of Cyto Gainer over the past three weeks I&#8217;ve already put on like 10 lbs! The only problem is I&#8217;m feelin&#8217; a little pudgy &#8217;round the middle and loosin&#8217; the cuts in my abs that I worked so hard for. I ordered a second tub of it but I&#8217;m gonna give it to a friend. I want to put on muscle weight without gettin&#8217; a gut.</p>
<p> Time to change up my protein supplement and hit the cardio &amp; abs!

Still doin&#8217; a little cardio and lots of abs so I dont get pudgy around the middle. It&#8217;s kind of a difficult balance to find but so far so good.</p>
<p>Been dealing with a little bit of irritation in my left front delt so I did my chest work out with db&#8217;s only and left the straight bar alone for today.
