			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is the 3rd day of my 12 week program and i feel like its a lil too beginner-ish for me and im used to training hard when i do workout soooo I&#8217;m going to do something else lol. Its not like I&#8217;m giving up on the program it&#8217;s just not challenging to me and sort of feels like a waste so I&#8217;m starting a different workout on Monday..see at least I&#8217;m finishing the week lol.

Oh yeah it seems like everyone on here knows some down low secrets of how to get that figure competition look except me.. and nobody will freakin help me. I swear i have asked so many people i have added and even asked in the forums but i get no love lol.I have so many questions and no answers! Oh well..I know  it will all work out in the end..</p>

How sad is that? Anywho im using my weightloss from being sick to my advantage by keeping it off and losing more by working hard. Its almost 2009. time flies by so fast. seems like just yesterday i was a senior hanging out with my besties and now everyone is in different cities and states. turning 18 was such a big deal and now im pushing to 19 wow.hmmm just some random thoughts

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ok Ike pretty much ruined our house. we were without power for 4 days and all our food went bad which means all we had to eat was JUNK and warm water. Not good..my stomach is still a little upset. we had it pretty good compared to other people around here who STILL dont have power. the first night we stayed up till the early morning empyting buckets full of water and find new leaks. We need a new roof, new carpets, and alot of ceiling and sheetrock work done. My room was the worst and it smelled so BAD. We had all types of air fresheners in there but it was no help so we just had to cut out the carpet. It still smells but not as bad as before! yes i know im typing fragments and run on sentences lol. Anywho what item was saved from the wrath of ike&#8230;THE TREADMILL. thats crazy seeing that my tv, dvd player, and stereo all got soaked..even my shoes and clothes need to be replaced. I guess its a sign. Im still going to be doing the routine thats in my workout program at the bottom of my profile.</p>

So i found a article on webmd (love that site) about how to eat healthy and i&#8217;m using that to make a list of what not to eat instead of trying to write out specific meal plans (IT NEVER WORKS THAT WAY) and also making replacements..</p>
<p>Breakfast ( I have a problem with skipping breakfast)</p>
<p>Sugary Cereal &amp; Milk= Any Flavor Oatmeal &amp; Hot Water</p>
<p>Snack</p>
<p>Candy, Cookies, and Ice Cream= YOGURT (the weight watchers kind) and fruit</p>
<p>Lunch ( a big problem cause im always trying to grab something quick)</p>
<p>Drive thru foods= Sandwiches from home (turkey breast;tuna fish; ect*)</p>
<p>you get the idea..</p>
