Essentially, it's lifting weights 3 days a week and doing cardio (HIIT) for 20 minutes 3 days a week. It also talks quite a bit about what to eat and how often. Some people have made some incredible transformations using the system.  Good luck.</description>

Just remember to eat what works out for you. You'd be surprised what foods you can eat which will satisfy you and you'll still lose weight. good luck.</description>
