Maintaining Weight
Saturday, August 9th, 2008I still have been exercising but i basically have been maintaining my weight (which is what i DON’T want) because i cant get this nutrition thing right. So i found a article on webmd (love that site) about how to eat healthy and i’m using that to make a list of what not to eat instead of trying to write out specific meal plans (IT NEVER WORKS THAT WAY) and also making replacements..
Breakfast ( I have a problem with skipping breakfast)
Sugary Cereal & Milk= Any Flavor Oatmeal & Hot Water
Snack
Candy, Cookies, and Ice Cream= YOGURT (the weight watchers kind) and fruit
Lunch ( a big problem cause im always trying to grab something quick)
Drive thru foods= Sandwiches from home (turkey breast;tuna fish; ect*)
you get the idea..
BIG NO NO’S
cookies
sugary cereal
soda
fried foods
candy
sugary filled drinks (juices)
Just Junk PERIOD.
