Umm…yea
Wednesday, October 7th, 2009This is the 3rd day of my 12 week program and i feel like its a lil too beginner-ish for me and im used to training hard when i do workout soooo I’m going to do something else lol. Its not like I’m giving up on the program it’s just not challenging to me and sort of feels like a waste so I’m starting a different workout on Monday..see at least I’m finishing the week lol.
