I eat dumbbells for breakfast
Thursday, November 19th, 2009I’m loving my new training program! I just really need to get my nutrition and cardio to its max. I can’t get myself to run in the morning but when i do get on i don’t want to get off and burn almost 400 cals. like a nut job lol. I just have to be dedicated. I will be posting my end of week 2 progress pics..im not sure if there is a difference or not from looking in the mirror but pics don’t lie.
