Hey young world
Im still trying to find a solid workout plan to stick to but it’s not happening. I would like to do cardio everyday but right after i do a leg day my legs are too sore to do anything else properly. What can i do about that? Oh yeah it seems like everyone on here knows some down low secrets of how to get that figure competition look except me.. and nobody will freakin help me. I swear i have asked so many people i have added and even asked in the forums but i get no love lol.I have so many questions and no answers! Oh well..I know it will all work out in the end..

One thing that’s worked for me in the past was the Body for Life program that in the book. Essentially, it’s lifting weights 3 days a week and doing cardio (HIIT) for 20 minutes 3 days a week. It also talks quite a bit about what to eat and how often. Some people have made some incredible transformations using the system. Good luck.
