WEAK
Monday, December 29th, 2008O M G after not lifting weights for a couple of weeks because of being really sick i am so weak. I started back on cardio Saturday and today i did weight training Shoulders/Back/Calves. i usually use 15 pound dumbbells but they were too HEAVY lol so i used 10’s and was struggling with them. How sad is that? Anywho im using my weightloss from being sick to my advantage by keeping it off and losing more by working hard. Its almost 2009. time flies by so fast. seems like just yesterday i was a senior hanging out with my besties and now everyone is in different cities and states. turning 18 was such a big deal and now im pushing to 19 wow.hmmm just some random thoughts
