Maintaining Weight
I still have been exercising but i basically have been maintaining my weight (which is what i DON’T want) because i cant get this nutrition thing right. So i found a article on webmd (love that site) about how to eat healthy and i’m using that to make a list of what not to eat instead of trying to write out specific meal plans (IT NEVER WORKS THAT WAY) and also making replacements..
Breakfast ( I have a problem with skipping breakfast)
Sugary Cereal & Milk= Any Flavor Oatmeal & Hot Water
Snack
Candy, Cookies, and Ice Cream= YOGURT (the weight watchers kind) and fruit
Lunch ( a big problem cause im always trying to grab something quick)
Drive thru foods= Sandwiches from home (turkey breast;tuna fish; ect*)
you get the idea..
BIG NO NO’S
cookies
sugary cereal
soda
fried foods
candy
sugary filled drinks (juices)
Just Junk PERIOD.

Hi brnsugababi83.I definitely know what you’re going through. I just started eating healthy last month and the diet is definitely the hardest part to get right. Just remember to eat what works out for you. You’d be surprised what foods you can eat which will satisfy you and you’ll still lose weight. good luck.
