A few adjustments need to be made
I’m still doing my treadmill in the morning but i have kind of been slacking in my taebo and weights are for the past like 3 days but i will be fixing that quickly. My diet needs to be fixed also because some days i dont eat breakfast and blah blah so everything will be better tomorrow =D. Prom countdown check in 57 DAYS. Alot can be done in 57 days and it can only be controlled by me so i need to keep that in mind.
