Protein Pancakes are weird
^^ but not bad, not bad at all. I got this idea from Ava Cowan and decided to try it this morning. I’m not one who really follows instructions so i just remembered but i read yesterday. I used 1 whole egg and probably 3 egg whites with 1 pack of oat meal and whisked it for awhile then i used spray butter and cooked it like a normal pancake..as you can see it turned out pretty lol =D. It tasted kind of french toasty (egg) and grainy because of the oats..it’s something i would have to get used to but it is a better alternative to eating oatmeal every freaking morning! I know the pic is probably going to be huge but oh well you’ll get over it lol

Weights+Jump Start Cardio< i wont be doing that again it was wayyy to easy…i was just doing it again because i forgot what it was like. I dont like doing beginner things i jump into advanced and if not that intermediate.

I am a fan of the protein pancake. It’s not like a REAL pancake or anything, but it gets me through hard workouts and with sugarless syrup it’s not so bad–it gives your body what it needs. When I made them I used a hand blender and added a c little cinnamon for color and flavor. Blueberries REALLY trick the tastebuds.
