I have also made a promise to myself to do some kind of workout EVERYDAY, ALL year long (if possible). Even if its like 30 minutes of walking or elliptical or even the taebo 8 minute workout. All the workouts i do right now are 55 minutes long. I think i’ll update my progress pics every 14 days my first will be sunday 3/23 then 4/6,4/20,5/4,5/18,6/1 and so on until i reach my goal of losing all of my back fat and flatten my belly out. I learned that i should be more focused on inches not pounds because some people may lose only 4 pounds but a gang load of inches but get discouraged from what they see on the scale. (SCALES ARE EVIL) lol
