^^I did not workout . I am so upset about that but i had ALOT of stuff going on those days but i dont want to make excuses so im not even gonna get into that. I will be making up for those days today and tomorrow.

Today

Weight lifting

2 Treadmill workouts Back 2 Back

Tomorrow

Morning Treadmill; Treadmill workout after school +Taebo

So really that only makes up for 3 days so i’ll double one more day after that.

A few adjustments need to be made

I’m still doing my treadmill in the morning but i have kind of been slacking in my taebo and weights are for the past like 3 days but i will be fixing that quickly. My diet needs to be fixed also because some days i dont eat breakfast and blah blah so everything will be better tomorrow =D. Prom countdown check in 57 DAYS. Alot can be done in 57 days and it can only be controlled by me so i need to keep that in mind.

Continuing Morning Cardio

I got up at 5:30am again this morning but instead of taebo i did my 30min treadmill program which makes way more sense than doing a 55 min workout lol. It was great! so that will be apart of my mornings from now on. I dont really have anything else to say but there is a possibility that i’ll do taebo before i go to work

yeah its ^^ in the morning and i just finished my taebo video..i got up to do it at 5:30 thats a first lol..it wasnt as bad as i expected but i guess that because i took my butt to bed last night instead of watching family guy :-( lol but anywhoo i gotta get ready for school now

Protein Pancakes are weird

^^ but not bad, not bad at all. I got this idea from Ava Cowan and decided to try it this morning. I’m not one who really follows instructions so i just remembered but i read yesterday. I used 1 whole egg and probably 3 egg whites with 1 pack of oat meal and whisked it for awhile then i used spray butter and cooked it like a normal pancake..as you can see it turned out pretty lol =D. It tasted kind of french toasty (egg) and grainy because of the oats..it’s something i would have to get used to but it is a better alternative to eating oatmeal every freaking morning! I know the pic is probably going to be huge but oh well you’ll get over it lol

Weights+Jump Start Cardio< i wont be doing that again it was wayyy to easy…i was just doing it again because i forgot what it was like. I dont like doing beginner things i jump into advanced and if not that intermediate.

Happy Easter to all that celebrate it! Anywho when i got home from work last night i did do my taebo core express video just as i promised. I also did my taebo xl-lerator right after i woke up. I was looking at my progress pics and there is a big difference in my stomach = 0 =D i wish my back fat would melt off that fast too. UGH my back fat is the reason why i always where a jacket and when i say always i mean ALWAYS even when its hot! I have a pretty athletic lower body so its pretty gross how my body levels out because im huge at the top and small at the bottom it sucks being a Cone (shape) but we’ll see how everything goes when i snap more pics in 2 weeks. Now that spring break is over im trying to figure out how im going to workout the morning cardio through the school week..im guess im gonna have to hop my butt out of bed at like 5:30am but hey you gotta sacrifice

Scrambled egg whites taste so clean

So today i was limited on time so for my cardio i did a pre-programmed workout on my treadmill that last for 30min and i burned 210 calories but when i get home from work i’ll do a 30min long taebo video. After that i had scrambled egg whites, vitamin water, and a nature’s valley granola bar (i <3 those things). Scrambled egg whites weren’t bad at all they’re like guilt free eggs lol. Well i have to finish gettin ready for work so thats all for today. oh yeah and i’ll be putting up my end of week 1/before pics tomorrow.

I have also made a promise to myself to do some kind of workout EVERYDAY, ALL year long (if possible). Even if its like 30 minutes of walking or elliptical or even the taebo 8 minute workout. All the workouts i do right now are 55 minutes long. I think i’ll update my progress pics every 14 days my first will be sunday 3/23 then 4/6,4/20,5/4,5/18,6/1 and so on until i reach my goal of losing all of my back fat and flatten my belly out. I learned that i should be more focused on inches not pounds because some people may lose only 4 pounds but a gang load of inches but get discouraged from what they see on the scale. (SCALES ARE EVIL) lol

Promise to blog every workout i do for the next 30 days. Prom will be on May 23rd so it’s time to get in serious gear!! Today i went to the doctor for a ear ache and i weighed in at 193 thats not bad because on Sunday night i was 195. Any who here is what i have done so far..
