New non-artificial diet?
ok this eating clean thing is like too complicated and doesn’t leave me alot of food choices from my understanding so i just came up with my own diet called the non artificial/no junk diet..so…Thinks means no sugary cereal (artifical), hot dogs and hamburgers (junk)..ok we’re not gonna play stupid we all know what junk food is and artificially flavored drinks and food are (gummi bears, starburst, and fruit snacks) oh yeah and fried foods basically all the things i love but that keep me from getting where i wanna be physically.
