Thrusday was a bad day..i woke up and when i looked in the pantry i saw some pepper mint patty bites and i went crazy on them. I was so disappointed with myself that it made me workout even harder. besides that i weighed myself this morning and i weighed 194. thats 8 pounds lost so far. i lose weight really fast its just that after i do i stop working out which is dumb but i’m determined this time to keep it off and keep going.

Great Job! Don’t push yourself too hard…just hang in there and things will come to past.
